What happens when the hunter becomes the hunted?
When Jericho is offered an internship with an institute doing mind expansion research she doesn’t realize they are producing psychic spies for the military, and they want her to be one. Jericho is teamed with Falcon, a super soldier who is supposed to be without empathy or the need for human connection. Their mission is to kill the aliens who live among us. When Falcon discovers Jericho is an alien hybrid, he knows she’ll end up on the military’s kill list and the hunter will become the hunted.

Even though I’m the author of over 40 romance novels, writing a young adult sci-fi romance was a new experience for me. I wasn’t sure if what I had written was any good. So I entered the manuscript in the RWA Lone Star Writing Contest to see what the reader response would be. When I won the competition and one of the judges remarked that couldn’t wait to find out what happened to Jericho, I thought maybe I had a decent story. I hope readers will enjoy reading about Jericho’s adventures as much as I enjoyed writing about them.
